Terms of Service
Effective date: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of neighborsays.com and the services of Nine North Solutions LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Neighbor Says ("we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide local business websites, Google review / reputation management, Google review requests by email and SMS (sent through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector / Twilio), AI-assisted review replies, missed-call text-back by SMS, and free business reports and website previews built from public Google Places data.
Current month-to-month plans (billed through Stripe):
- Site — $99/mo
- Reputation — $229/mo
- Reputation+ — $349/mo (includes missed-call text-back)
Plan features may change; the plan you select at checkout or in writing controls.
Free reports and previews
Reports and previews are informational estimates based on third-party data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Figures shown on our site are illustrative; individual results vary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. Plans are month-to-month; you can cancel anytime.
- You can cancel by emailing hello@neighborsays.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: not happy in the first 30 days? Email hello@neighborsays.com and get a full refund. Outside of that, we do not provide refunds for partial months.
- If payment fails or remains unpaid for 14 days, we may pause service (including your website and messaging) until payment is brought current.
Websites, domains, and site changes
- Request site changes by emailing hello@neighborsays.com. Small edits are included in your plan; larger redesigns may be quoted separately.
- If you cancel after paying for three or more full months, you keep your domain (we will help transfer it to you on request). If you cancel before completing three paid months, the site comes down and the domain is not retained for you unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities (including SMS consent)
- At onboarding, you confirm that you have your customers' consent to receive text messages (and emails, where applicable) before we send review requests, missed-call replies, or other service texts on your behalf. You must comply with applicable messaging and telemarketing laws.
- Every text we send on your behalf includes "Reply STOP to opt out" (or equivalent). Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
- Review requests go only to genuine customers; we do not offer incentives for reviews or post fake reviews.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of content you provide. For AI-drafted review replies, we check with you before replying to 1–2 star reviews; you remain responsible for replies posted under your business.
SMS program details — including message types, frequency, "Msg & data rates may apply," HELP/STOP, and carrier liability — are in our SMS Terms. How end-customer consent works is described on our SMS Consent & Opt-In page. Our Privacy Policy states that mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse our site, including scraping, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
We own our site and tools. Website content you supply remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to provide the services.
Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific rankings, review volumes, or revenue results. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or end services for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, or as otherwise described above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
