SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Nine North Solutions LLC dba Neighbor Says ("we," "us"), including messages we send on behalf of the local service businesses that use Neighbor Says.
Program name
Neighbor Says Customer Messaging, operated by Nine North Solutions LLC dba Neighbor Says on behalf of the local service businesses we serve. Messages are delivered through GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (Twilio).
Program description and message types
When you give a business consent to receive texts, you may receive:
- Review requests after a service visit or job
- Missed-call replies when you call and the business can't answer (Reputation+ clients)
- Appointment and service messages, such as confirmations, reminders, and updates

Message frequency varies.

Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. Every text we send includes "Reply STOP to opt out" (or equivalent wording).

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent not required to buy
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Privacy — no sharing of mobile info for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our messaging platform) that deliver messages on our behalf.
