Your Google Business Profile

Here's how we get your Google profile working for you, whether you already have one or not.

What is a Google Business Profile?

It's the listing that shows up on Google Maps and Google Search when people look for your business. It shows your name, phone, hours, photos, and your reviews. It's often the first thing a new customer sees.

If you already have one

We just need to be added as a manager. It takes about a minute:

1. Open your business profile on Google (search your business name while signed in to the Google account that owns it).
2. Go to Business Profile settings.
3. Tap People and access.
4. Tap Add.
5. Enter aiclientflow@gmail.com
6. Choose Manager, then tap Invite.

If you don't have one

No problem. We create it for you from the details you gave us.

Google then asks you to verify that it's really your business. Usually that's a short video showing your business, for example:

• Your work truck or tools
• Your business name on signage or paperwork
• You at your workplace

Sometimes Google sends a postcard or a phone code instead.

When it's time, we'll send you a simple step-by-step email, so you know exactly what to do.

Once it's verified, we make you the owner, and we stay on as a manager to handle your reviews, replies, and posts.

How long does it take?

Verification usually takes a few days, sometimes up to a couple of weeks. That part is up to Google. Review requests start once Google approves your profile.
